Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to Canadian and USA orders. Free shipping is via Canada Post Tracked Packet, which is typically 6-10 business days. There could be delays at the border which will extend the shipping time, but this is rare. In the event that UPS offers a similar rate to Canada Post to the region it is going then we will use UPS for the free shipping offer. But we don’t know that until we enter the address in. 

There is the option to upgrade your shipping to a faster or more guaranteed shipping service, available at the checkout.

International Shipping, we haven’t forgotten about you! Your rates are reduced to by the amount that goes towards the Canadian or US orders. The price difference will be shown in the cart. We typically use Canada Post for international orders, but if UPS offers a more competitive rate then we will use them, as they are usually faster and have fewer complications at borders.

In the event that a return is agreed upon the cost of shipping will be subtracted from the amount paid, and the topper will have to be shipped back at the buyers expense.
